Looking for a way to get notifications in a Mattermost-channel when a public repository (we're not owners or contributors in this repository) pushes a release. This seems to be able to be done through plugins you have to install on your Mattermost server, but if there is a way to do it without that, I would prefer it (bureaucracy reasons). If I understand it correctly, anyone has a way to do it on Slack with webhooks, the same solution would work on MM.
The only integration we have is Incoming Webhokos. So the solution would have to be using webhooks.
