my BigBlueButton installation worked but now i get the following error:

Trying to open this URL with my Browser works perfect.

great you are using BBB. Did you check for this page? The solution had been to fix a typo: There was a syntax-error in /usr/share/bbb-web/WEB-INF/classes/spring/turn-stun-servers.xml Please have a look - might help you out.

If not please give closer information to the following key-words. Did you already check the links - how is your issue different from those?

  • Hey. Thanks for your reply. Yes me and google have spent some time together.... So yes I have looked at many sites. The only site that gave half hope you already showed in your first link. However the user there did not share his solution with the others. And the solution below (TURN server) is not relevant for me, because I have not realized such a server yet. On another site someone didn't install BBB on a "clean" server, that's also different for me. And I didn't find much more answers... – Yoshi Dec 05 '22 at 13:13
