libisl.so.22: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Question

I am trying to build a program using gcc8 but i am getting the error code: error while loading shared libraries: libisl.so.22: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I looked and indeed i do not have the library in my lib folder. I cant find a way to install this library. Any suggestions ? Thank you!
