webpack-cli is not in the npm registry

Question

I am migrating from webpack 2 to webpack 4.46.0 and getting below error

npm ERR! code E404 npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://kvm-artifactor1.int.kronos.com/api/npm/npm/webpack-cli - not_found npm ERR! 404 npm ERR! 404 'webpack-cli@4.10.0' is not in the npm registry. npm ERR! 404 You should bug the author to publish it (or use the name yourself!)

Any help would be appreciated

I tried by installing different webpack-cli-version but that didn't work
