We have developed our own Alerts platform here at my FI. We send all sorts of Alerts to end users and adhere to Banno Quiet hours as a good Business practice. However, we do not adhere to these hours when it comes to Security Based alerts. That being said, we have instances where a Security Alert will send to the member via Push Notification. When we send Push Alerts, we also send these to the Messages area of OLB for the member as an Archive. The push notification will have the correct time stamp. However, when it is delivered to the Messages area with OLB, if prior to Quiet Hours, it will have a time stamp of 8:30 AM.
Example. Push went out and was received at 8:02AM. But in messages, it has an 8:30 AM Timestamp.
We expect that in the Messages area, that it will have the same time stamp as when it went to the member.
