I have begun working with dialogflow to interact with a ContactCenter solution. I hope that someone can let me know how can I exit a conversation from dialogflow, and return some parameters to the application.

Normally the flows are started from the contact center side and in case of an error condition the conversation is managed by a live agent. I would like to know how to provide all the relevant parameters from the dialogflow conversation to the agent

I have seen how to end a conversation but I cannot see how to pass the parameters upon exit. Is this done through fullfillment?
