Add a lable and symbole while generating image url in Esri Map Server Export_Map

Question

I'm kind of new to Esri Services.

I need to know how to export an image from export map function from esri mapserver.

While exporting it should add a label and a symbol to image. It's already implemented. I'm trying to reengineer same functionality.

I know how to export an image, But to add a label and symbol is hard to figure it out.
