Following on from Difference between Jupyter Server and Python interpreter in DataSpell, where does the Jupyter Server get its names from?! How do I configure new interpreters there?
By following the JetBrains Configure a Conda virtual environment article, I've managed to name the Python interpreters (bottom-left of screen) to what I want. But this has not impacted those in the top-right at all. What is going on?

Top right - where the hell are these names coming from? And how can I change them?
Update: the article Manage Jupyter notebook servers also doesn't help. See below for servers I have available but note that the names do not correspond to those in the top right.
