Fetching user data using postman(API) from Azure portal subscription Access control (IAM) data i.e. "Download role assignments" data to be specific?

Question

I have been trying to fetch Azure portal subscription user/group data using Azure SDK as I'm using NodeJS for creating API however facing error while installing Azure-authorization package as well

I have been tying to implement methods provided in documentAzure SDK with javascript using "@azure/arm-authorization" package, however it have dependency on Azure-authorization npm package which is giving error while installing.

Is there any other approach? Does it have official Azure API where i can directly fetch Azure portal subscription groups and user data? Feel free to drop any reference and Thank You in advance.
