I have been following a tutorial in order to run MLFlow on gcp. I have been progressing well so far until I need to access the MLFlow UI through the external IP. When I check the IP address with nmap and in GCP it appears to be up but I am unable to access the MLFlow UI with http://34.28.xx.xxx:5000
