I am running a mini dump file but the user's OS version is older and their .NET framework is of the previous version too (CLR version 4.7.3946.0). Whenever I run the dump file I would get this error 
I am unable to downgrade my .NET framework and I don't know how to target the previous .NET framework version via Visual Studio when running just a dump file and not a project. Any advice?
