I set up a radius server for wifi authentication for an enterprise. Users accounts are store at google workspace. Each time i sent an access request from the radius server i received an access accept when credentials are good. when i also try it from the ruckus zone director, it also works. I activated the zone director captive portal and when i get down to access point and try to connect through the captive portal, most of the time it does not work. The word "Authenticating" stucks on the portal and at the end a blank page appears with the message : no response from the ruckus zone director's ip address. Sometimes, the credentials are gone and the captive portal returs to its initial state

I put the radius server in debug mode with the command freeradius -X and i noticed the access accept for valid credentials are sent to the ruckus zone director and it is the one which do not send the response to the end user for his authentication. When i got to the radius log, i see this error : auth() login incorrect "home server says no".

I tried to solve but i can't really see the end.I don't really know what could prevent the zone director for sending the response to its end user. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
