I am using moviepy to overlay text on a video but to make it clearly visible I want background blur only behind the text and the only option that I find is to color the background and adjust its opacity but that is not i want

I searched a lot how to do this but did not find anything the things that I found was how to blur whole image or how to track a head and blur that but nothing for text background
