I am thinking to make a automatic program to plot of Sankey diagram about a simple index (from a book for example).
The idea is easy but I don't know how I can start. I think the biggest problem is to trasladate a text to a table. Maybe sombody did something like this but I could find nothing.
Example index / summary text about animals:
Title I. "Mammals" \n
Chapter I. "Monotremata" \n
Chapter II. "Theria" \n
Title II. "Birds" \n
Chapter I. "Palaeognathae" \n ...
