We book jobs on ServiceM8 and all details about the job are in their. I want the job description from ServiceM8 to be added into Zoho CRM, specifically to the customer's profile that's got a booked job.
I am using Zoho Flow as my integration builder. However, in order for the 'job description' to be added to the right customer profile, Zoho Flow requires the "Entity ID" which is a unique ID for each customer in Zoho CRM. But, this "Entity ID" is not on the list of ServiceM8 (see image below):
Been trying the IDs available on ServiceM8's list, but these are not matching the right Entity ID. I expect that when a job is booked for a customer (through ServiceM8), it will trigger a note to be added into the customer's profile in Zoho CRM.
