App is in review for three weeks in play console, No rejection email found but in production page "Defective OpenSSL Version" is showing

"Your app uses a defective version of the OpenSSL library, which can cause your app to crash. Update to a fixed version of OpenSSL. Defective versions: OpenSSL 1.1.1g"

What sould I do now? Will it be published or remain in review forever? Or I really have to update my app? Though I didn't use openssl directly in my app. I have no idea how to update openssl from my app.

Can anyone please help me?
