I have a few suggestions for features which I believe would make my, and other admin's lives much easier. No idea if this is germane or not, but just in case, here goes.

  • Sorting by (and choosing) column headers in the Studio logs. Sometimes it is much easier to sort by reverse chronology, for instance, or by Execution SID.

  • The ability to set pagination (results per page) in the Studio logs. With high volume flows, the 'quirkiness' of the date picker makes for lots of scrolling.

  • Implement a search feature for flow data in the logs. (PLEASE! Ctrl + F just isn't cutting it) This data is part of the execution logs, and already parsed. Why can't we search for it?

  • Set Timezone offset globally for logs and search results or by account. Twilio is set in UTC, our CRM is in EDT as am I, my colleagues are in CDT, and our called parties in several time zones. The mental gymnastics required to keep all of these straight is mildly infuriating. While you can set the time zone for some results, this is not universal, and the discrepancy is unnecessarily confusing.
