No matter which package manager you are going to use, non of which doesn't work, and get stuck in the middle of the installation progress without any error! (picture below)
I tried many ways to solve this, but unfortunately, doesn't work, also this solution looks promising but didn't work for me.
Is there a reason why this might not be complete?
