we want to show an In-App Message that is shown to users who already used our app some time ago. The target "First Open" seems to fit perfectly for that.
So we just created an In-App Message campaign with target "First Open" ("More than x days ago"). I've already played around with the number of days (x = 0, x = 1 and waited a day) but it makes no difference. It's never shown on any device.
If we remove the target "First Open" (copied campaign) the campaign is presented on the devices. Wie tried it with different campaigns with different targets and it's always the same: if "First Open" is present, no In-App Message is displayed. If "First Open" is removed, the messages are displayed.
Does anyone has experienced this problem?
I've found FirebaseAnalytics "First open" not displaying In-App Message and asked whether they have found a solution.
Do we misunderstood target "First Open"? Might be there a bug at Firebase In-App Messaging?
