Our iOS Swift app registered and save the Firebase cloud messaging token in the cloud.

We have a Firebase cloud function that check if something X happens in the cloud, we send a push notification (sendMulticast) to the users.

This is working perfectly, but somehow, one of the phone we used does not receive that push notification anymore!?!

I tried to send a direct push notification using:

This is working perfectly.

That same phone connected to another cloud with same functionalities and cloud functions can receive the push notification.

We even generate a new Firebase token by re-installing the app and got the same behavior.

So, is it possible that Apple server blocked something?

Anybody has some ideas why it behave like that or other things to try?

Thanks in advance
