Python3.10 ImageAI installation error likely not a problem with pip

Question

I'm trying to install imageAI (pip install 3.10 ) on my python3.10 virtualenv, unfortunatelly I get the following error (which is unusually uge!!!):

PS I tried to follow many procedures I could find online, like updating distutils, libpython and gcc...but still I can't install imageAI. Also following is just the end of the stacktrace which is to big to be posted here!
