http://automate.southindia.cloudapp.azure.com:4444/wd/hub - this selenium/appium grid url working fine from browser, but when I call from my JAVA code, it is throwing below error.

inbound rule is created for ports 4444, 4723 on hub and nodes machines
it was working before, but suddenly stopped working now.
Any idea, what might be root cause?
