I've never posted a question here before and am new to the coding community, so forgive any formatting/content irregularities in this.
Just wanted to post a "feeler" question to see if I am on the right track: Is it possible to use Rest API to access the URLs that appear when you mouse over links embedded on a page? I am specifically working with JIRA and Crucible APIs and Python Atlassian API to find a way to do this. Thankyou!
