How in Nivo line charts show next to the points vslue show the difference from the points before

Question

I'm trying to understand how to add next to the Nivo line chart value the points differences from the points before

I have this example

From my example what I want to achieve is to add next to the number for example on the second point which is 17, a second value which shows the difference from the first point which is 12

So I will have 17 (+5) then for the next point 19 (+2) and so on

I have some difficulties with how to make this with Nivo
