Switching between C/CPP and pydev in cubeMX (Eclipse)

Hi all. Recently I started using cubeMX and eclipse. I got cubeMX all setup and working to do C/C++ projects on STM32, building and debugging all worked as expected with STLink. I recently added pyDev. Running a py project is OK but if I go back to my original project that was built using C/CPP I have issues. If I have the pyDev perspective selected I see my C/CPP project example that I built to test cubeMX. I’m able to build it with zero errors but debugging doesn’t work. If I switch over to C/CPP perspective I get an error in Project Explorer stating “Warning: Top level elements set to working sets but no working sets are defined.” I get the same error in the Device Configuration Tool perspective for STM. I assume there is something that needs to be switched when changing between pyDev and C/CPP projects. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
