I am creating an AI assistant similar to Alexa. I was a bit confused about which speech-to-text service should I use. So I tried Google speech-to-text and after using I noticed that the timeout session for GCP STT was 350 sec. But I required infinite service without any timeout for my AI assistant, So I looked forward to moving on to IBM Watson, as soon as I started Implementation, I faced issues in live and real-time speech recognition in IBM Watson Service and hence I got depressed.
My question is Should I use a speech-to-text service? And is it worth it? Do we need to purchase this speech-to-text service for my AI assistant? Is it a good decision?
