I'm new to Mongodb and have the task of configuring it to use AD groups and Kerberos Authentication. I do not need a replica setup. I manage to create a myUserAdmins account with the SCRAM 256 Mechanism, but lost access to this account from cli as I tried to get Kerberos working. I have Atlas working an my myUserAdmin still works on that. I'm struggling with the configuration start up file and getting the right security settings for auth Mechanisms and Authorisation. The ad service account often fails to start after a config file tweak. I've look through copious amounts of Mongodb docs, but not able to follow the Kerberos for Windows part closely. Does anyone have a good step by step resources on this setup I can use? Before I loose my mind. Any example config files would be good as well.
