In APN wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_Point_Name I can see that APN is a Network Identifier + Operator Identifier.
After looking through the Android APN Configuration screen (e.g. Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names and tapping Add), I don't see any field which would explicitly say that it is an APN Network Identifier.
I would like to know where among the Android APN configuration screen we can see and edit the Network Identifier.
From my own investigations I can only assume that the field "APN" (right below name) is the combination of NI and Operator Identifier, and thus it should be used to set both (or only NI, since OI is optional). Is this correct? I also tried to find answer in Android Open Source, but the classes there do not seem to mention Network Identifier: https://developer.android.com/reference/kotlin/android/telephony/data/ApnSetting
