I'm tracking my users based on server side implementation of google analytics measurement protocol,
I manage my own client/session ids. I realized that my audiences are empty after some digging I found this question that explains the issue Audience report using the Measurement protocol
I did not find any relevant information on "server side remarketing", just a lot of articles about server side tagging with google tag manager (which is not really server side). Any input would be very much welcome Thank you.
