There is a task to set up Jitsi Meet on my own server (Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa)) and delete all the functionality as much as possible (only audio and cameras should work, so no YouTube, no screen sharing, etc.). Maybe somewhere there are ready "trimmed" or "patched" versions of the source code from Git or someone has done something similar?
Changing configuration files does not solve the problem, because the same amount of source code remains :)
