My chatbot sits between clients and their customers. Is it possible to develop a 1 (me) to many (clients) relationship?
This is a user story:
- User signs up for my service and gives me their business number.
- I use this number to enable my chatbot, where in my business logic lies
Twillio support specialist said this is possible. But looking into API documentation, it doesn't seem so. At least being a process that will take minutes, not weeks.
