For a presentation I would need to plot a roc curve for two hypothetical classifiers showcasing two different thresholds of sensitivity and specificity (i.e 1 with 66% specificity and 95% sensitivity and one with another combination). While I understand how to plot it given a classifier in sklearn or R, how would I approach such a thing? I understand I could do it in Inkscape but does anyone know if there a specific package for this?
