If you have lost your progress on Google Digital Garage Course when you re-connect and there is no course started or registered and all the progress seems to be lost.

It might be because of the language/country of the page. Be sure to check on the bottom right of the page if the country you've started course with is the same. At least that's how I solved this issue.
