ADT Does'n recognize Nexus S 2.3.4 in Mac 10.6

ADB Doesn't recognize Nexus S in Mac 10.6

I Just bought the Nexus S 2.3.3 and update it to 2.3.4. Then i tried to connect it with my MAC ( 10.6 ) though the device is not recognized when I select to be on "Debug Mode". Moreover The ADT in Eclipse doesn't work with the device. I tried to Update the ADT but the problem still.

NOTE: The device work pretty well when I set "on" the USB Storage. Also the device is not rooted ( yet :P ).
