Rails console doesn't work after update RoR

After update rails to 6.1.4 version and ruby to 3.0.0 and update my Ruby on Rails APP I cant start the rails console either IRB and it doesn't show any error.

Tests performed

I have installed the IRB version 1.3.5 after uninstall the 1.3.6 default version. (Doesnt work)
Quit gem spring, stop spring service, uninstall spring gem and run bundle install again (Doesnt work)

INFO CENTOS 7

After run rails console it stuck
