How to run parallel sprints for all types of Projects created in JIRA?

I have created two projects in JIRA - Project 1 (MobileApp) and Project 2 (Wordpress Portal). I want to run two sprints - both Developer Sprint and QA Sprint in parallel.

I did start two sprints in parallel for Project 1 (MobileApp) but not able to do the same for Project 2 (Wordpress Portal). Why So? When I go to Project 2's Backlog board the Start Sprint button for Sprint 2 is disabled.

The Administrator of JIRA has enabled the Parallel Sprints option from Products > Settings Page. As per definition for this option, this should be globally applied to all the projects created in JIRA and not for any 1 or 2 projects. In current scenario, this option seems to be applicable for Project 1 only and not Project 2. As I am not able to run parallel Sprint for Project 2.

What settings do I need to change such that Start Sprint option gets enabled in Project 2?
