CLS web core vital values makes me crazy

Question

With CLS validator (PageSpeed Insights) sometimes i get 0,259 value and 5secs later (with same url) i get 0,008. How is it possible???

Solution: there were some html elements without fixed height in different zones of the DOM. Now i am getting 94 points Thanks
