I ran a logistic regression as follows, and from the model object I could get coefficients by directly running the model object or via summary. However, trying to do the same with tbl_regression() function throws the error. I am not sure how to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

  • The error at the end indicates that the error was while running the function in the `tidy_fun=` argument. For `glm()` this is `broom::tidy()`. If the tidying function cannot run, then `tbl_regression()` cannot either. Perhaps re-tag this post about the broom package, and see if there is anyone who can help diagnose the issue? – Daniel D.
