Up until now I had no problems installing modules using pip. But I have been having an issue since a couple of weeks, whenever I try installing any module I get the following error:

I have tried solutions suggested in other posts, like using the code:
pip install <package> --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org --proxy="<IP>:<port>"
But I always get the same error. I have also tried unistalling Python, pip, downgrading and upgrading it, and nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?
