I use Dokku to host my React app and Nginx for proxy.
I get a 502 Bad Gateway error, when I try to access on the homepage...
dokku nginx:error-logs app give me
2020/07/16 06:15:45 [error] 16459#16459: *308 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 92.184.xxx.xxx, server: api.example.com, request: "OPTIONS / HTTP/2.0", upstream: "http://172.17.0.12:5000/", host: "api.example.com", referrer: "https://example.com/"
I reset the application network, its configuration, and its proxy settings.

My application listens on port 5000 (used by Dokku), and for the host, I tried 127.0.0.1, then 0.0.0.0, but it still does not work.
I don't know where to look, or even what to do.
I have too a Procfile:
web: npm run start
api: npm run start-api
