No it does not finished .Every time it hang at that point.I am using newer version of npm node npx. — Biswajit Nayak, Apr 14 '20 at 20:44
If you exit the process with ctrl+c, does the install succeed? Might not be ideal but it's worth a shot. — Phix, Apr 14 '20 at 20:46

The solution is that you go to cmd type resmon and at the time of running you will find cmd.exe suspended in processes so just resume but every single time you create the project you have to do this.
