I am trying to install the JVisual VM in eclipse. Following these instructions and these, the executable should be located in my JDK bin directory, but I do not see it. Followed a number of other tutorials and they all state same. I have used 'Install New Software' and 'Add', and pointed at the VisualVM launcher folder, and restarted eclipse.

I am suing eclipse Version: 2019-03 (4.11.0) Build id: 20190314-1200, and JDK 12.

Configuration in eclipse prompt for the executable: enter image description here

The bin directory does not contain the executable: enter image description here Where do I find the JV executable?

According to [this](https://blogs.oracle.com/java-platform-group/visual-vm-in-jdk-9-and-beyond) it isn't included with Java anymore and needs to be downloaded separately. – greg-449 Dec 01 '19 at 19:15
  • Got the binary here https://visualvm.github.io/download.html and works fine, thanks – dancingbush Dec 01 '19 at 20:16
