Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 17: The application cannot start

After reinstalling the Visual Studio Professional 2017, since then I used to get the error message as The application cannot start, while opening the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 17

I had repaired and reinstalled but still the problem exist.

Is there any way to work around to fix this issue?

In `SQLServer_ERRORLOG_2019-10-31T17.17.08.log` last message says Recovery is complete. This is an informational message only. No user action is required. I couldn't find any errors over there @JacobH – Nɪsʜᴀɴᴛʜ ॐ Oct 31 '19 at 13:01
