I am trying to use pandas_bokeh as suggested here

However this my output where the layer State is not visible

This is a known bug that started occurring with Bokeh 1.1 (https://github.com/PatrikHlobil/Pandas-Bokeh/issues/22). In the current development version the bug is fixed. You can install it using:

pip install git+https://github.com/PatrikHlobil/Pandas-Bokeh.git
