How to avoid putting dll.config files containing EF configuration into bin output directory?

Question

In my build artifacts for .NET(C#) app I have a lot of dll.config files. I don't know why they're put there. I looked at all my packages.config, app.config, web.config files and they have Do Not Copy setting in their property. I can't see any settings that would prevent these config files to be put in the output directories?

How I can prevent their existence?

The only thing I can find in these files is EF stuff:
