We are trying to use Aquarium, to set up the Scrapinghub/Splash. While installation, when I use "docker-compose up" to start the Splash, It throws the exception

Currently, I am using, Docker version 18.06.0-ce, docker-compose version 1.22.0.
Please help me to solve this issue.
