Access the Django-Rest-Framework url do not load the styles file

When I access this URL: http://localhost:8000/api/users/list/

it will not load the static files:

but if I access the：http://localhost:8000/docs/

it works fine.

I don't know why it do not load the styles file.

A couple of years after, I had the same problem and find the following solution:

Add the following lines to your 'settings.py' file:

STATICFILES_FINDERS = (
    'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.FileSystemFinder',
    'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.AppDirectoriesFinder',
)

Access the Django-Rest-Framework url do not load the styles file
