I have an app compiled using webpack that loads html files using require
thanks to the following bit of configuration in webpack.config
:
module: {
rules: [
{
test: /-view\.html$/,
use: 'raw-loader'
}
]
}
This works fine when the app is run in the browser and lets me do things like this in my code:
var html = require("my-view.html"); alert(html);
Whereas it blows up when run in karma. As a matter of fact karma goes:
ERROR in ./template/view/my-view.html
Module parse failed: Unexpected token (1:0)
You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type.
It looks like karma does not know it has to use the webpack raw-loader
module when trying to require an html file.
So my question is: how do I instruct karma to do so?
Thanks
Here follows my karma config file as well:
