I´m wondering, what sharers= parameter mean in Google Reader API during broadcast-friends query and how to work with it's value.

I'm asking this way: 

http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/stream/contents/user/-/state/com.google/broadcast-friends?sharers=CJymtOj0ChD5ieeTgAgQp7Wp9LYN
