I am testing on XIOMI REDMI note 4, When instant run was disabled it was working perfectly and asking permission when i run the app whether to allow or deny.
Then i enabled instant run and app launching is cancelled internally by device, I have then also checked on Redmi 3s prime and Note 3 devices, but same problem is happening on those too.
I have tried, enable USB debugging again and allow Install Via USB Option in Developer Options, nothing helped.
